During 1990-1999 Mariana directed several musicals based on fairy tales at the prestigious Teatro General San Martín and Teatro Presidente Alvear, among others, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she won several awards. In 1999 he moved to Uruguay at the request of his family so that he could reorganize and be in charge of the theater founded by the family, the Teatro de la Galería Sagasti, in Punta del Este. She has worked as an executive producer and as an actress for the TV series “Garzón”, and as a writer, actress and producer for the TV series “Esteños”. In 2016 he created and led as CEO the First Shakespeare Festival of Punta del Este, Uruguay and was the executive producer of the TV series “The Frenchman” (“El Francés).

Additionally, and from 2000 to December 2016, Mariana has conducted a Study for the Arts –art, theater, dance, yoga, sports, music and rest as a nutrient of health, happiness and well-being for each individual.

Mariana has repeatedly visited Great Britain taking part in various events related to Shakespeare's play (“Wisdom of Shakespeare), including those held at the Globe Theater of London where she has worked in the Department of Global Education with drama students.
